Our Board
Our Board of Trustees drive strategic and policy decisions, ensuring corporate objectives are upheld and network at all levels on behalf of the organisation. All are volunteers from a range of professions and with a variety of interests, bringing extensive and indispensable experience to Caledonia Youth.
Our Management
The senior management team based at our Edinburgh headquarters are responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of Caledonia Youth, leading, managing and delivering the development of services. They are at the heart of sustaining the quality of services and the calibre of people by establishing meticulous standards throughout all areas of service provision.
Our Staff
A multidisciplinary team of specialists is based at each Caledonia Youth branch and led by a coordinator, who has responsibility for regional operational activities and oversees the work of our doctors, nurses, educationalists, counsellors and administration personnel.
Our Advisers
Advice is provided to Caledonia Youth by external consultants from forward financial planning, a vital element to ensuring our continuity and service development, to public relations, which creates a wide variety of communication platforms.
