Communicating With Stakeholders

Youngsters worried about sexual health matters can log on to Caledonia Youth’s information portal in confidence for advice. Thousands do it every week with hits averaging 1500 each and every day.

The web allows them access to information and advice 24 hours a day, seven days a week when they need it. It helps make them aware of the free, confidential support we provide in both educational and clinical environments, while useful links and information are provided to many partner organisations and helplines.

We find that it helps them to make informed, responsible choices concerning their personal and sexual relationships instead of acting impulsively, which can all too often result in regret, worry, unplanned pregnancies or STIs.

Information is constantly added including current topics, issues and developments, with news pages that they can subscribe to for regular emailed updates.
